• Hourly

• Time challenged:  assemble guest bags, favors, invitations, menus, thank you cards, you name it.

 

Day of Coordinator:

• Pre-planning meeting one month prior to event date to get acquainted with you and your vendors

• Vendor contact, confirming all committed contracts, timeline, and needs

• Executing every event day coordination of every detail beginning to end
